-Supply materials, labour and equiment necessary to carry out Work as defined in the Contract. 

- All structural, mechanical, electrical, and miscellaneous work as shown in the Drawings and the Contract Specifications. 

- Loc block foundation design to be signed and stamped by a professional engineer licensed in Alberta, Canada.  

- Supply all design, labour, equipment and materials to complete destruction, salvage, site works and building erection including but not limited to: 

a) Brace, fasteners, straps, rachets, anchors, and concrete anchors. 

b) Main Building Tarp. 

c) End walls. 

d) Concrete Block. 

e) Steel frame and trusses. 

f) Mechanical and Electrical.

g) Overhead Doors. 

h) Steel Man Door.
