The main items of Work of this Contract include the following: 

  1. Part 1 – Demolition of an existing concrete cistern and pump station building, lot grading, water and sanitary servicing, and associated surface restoration.
  2. Part 2 – Water and sanitary lot servicing and associated surface restoration.
  3. Part 3 – Road construction, water main and service installation, and associated surface restoration.
  4. Part 4 – Lot grading, road and taxi-way construction, and associated surface restoration.

The Site of the Work of this Contract is located in and near the Town of Bassano, Alberta.

The Pre-Bid Meeting listed requires Mandatory Attendance by Bidders.
