Description: 

To service future industrial development on the south side of Delburne, the following previously 
undeveloped road allowances are to have sanitary sewer and water deep utilities installed and roads 
built to a gravel surface: 
           • 21st Avenue, south of Princess (18th) Street. 
           • 17th Street, between 21st Avenue and 22nd Avenue. 


Concrete curbs and asphalt will not be included in this contract and are to be included in a future 
contract. 


Major work items for this contract will include the following (approximation): 
a) PVC DR18 Watermain Installation                       430 m 
b) PVC SDR35 Sanitary Main Installation               415 m 
c) Roadway Construction                                          6320 m²
