Description: 

The main items of Work of this Contract include the following:

1. East Pump Station Upgrades

  1. Installation of the two (2) 30 HP vertical turbine pumps, One (1) 150 HP vertical turbine emergency pump, 316 stainless steel piping, valves and instrumentation.
  2. Concrete pump supports and thrusts blocks. 
  3. MCC and Service Upgrades.
  4. Generator Replacement.
  5. VFD Control and Wiring Upgrades.
  6. Controls Upgrades. 

2. Bullhead Road Lift Station

  1. Packaged concrete wet well lift station with two (2) 11 HP submersible pumps. 
  2. Supply and Install Lift Station and Associated Equipment
  3. Supply and Install Pre-Cast Manhole and Gravity Sewer Pipe.
  4. Supply and Install Stainless steel lift station piping.
  5. Supply and Install process instrumentation and valves.
  6. Supply and Install Electrical, Instrumentation, and Controls.
  7. Controls building with standby generator
  8. Chemical injection equipment.
  9. Gravel parking lot and access road. 

The Site of the Work of this Contract is located in in Tsuut'ina Nation, Alberta.

  1. Existing East Pump Station: 50.947410, -114.146446.

  2. Future Bullhead Road Lift Station: 50.952657, -114.187354.
