The County of Wetaskiwin is upgrading the wastewater lagoon located in the Hamlet of Winfield; by rehabilitating the storage cell to remove the existing HDPE Liner, desludging, clearing and grubbing, and installation of 80 mil HDPE  synthetic liner, complete with an underdrain system and replacement of transfer structure.
