WORK OF THIS CONTRACT

 .1         The scope of work in general, in conjunction with the Contract Documents is defined as: 

1. Major Work Item

• Supply and Erection of a Pre-Engineered Steel Building
• Construction of all Foundation Work including Helical Steel Piles and Grade Beams.
• Mechanical and Electrical Systems for Addition of New Fox Lake Garage
  1. Heating and Ventilation 
  2. Plumbing Systems 
  3. Lighting and Receptacle Systems 
• Civil Works including Water and Sanitary connection to Town Services. 
• Supply and install of equipment noted in section 00800 – Supplementary Conditions

.2      The Site of the Work of this Contract is located in Gillam, Manitoba.
