Description: 

The Town of Coaldale (Town) is proposing a pedestrian crossing of Highway 3 and CPKC Rail as identified in the West Coaldale Transportation and Connectivity Study. The proposed pathway extends from Land O’ Lakes Drive across Highway 3 and CPKC Rail and extends north to the existing school site crossing 18 Avenue and 16 Avenue. 

The site of the Work of this Contract is location in Coaldale, AB.

  1. The main items of Work of this Contract include the following:
    1. Alberta Transportation and CPKC Coordination
    2. Overall site grading and topsoil stripping
    3. Culvert installation
    4. Concrete works
    5. Pathway construction
    6. Pavement markings
    7. Solar RRFB installation
    8. Landscape restoration
    9. Fencing and swing gate installation
