.1         The scope of work in general, in conjunction with the Contract Documents is defined as: 

     Aquatic Centre Rehabilitation

  • Demolition of existing structure
  • Demolition of existing pool deck
  • Demolition of existing electrical and HVAC mechanical systems
  • Installation of interior pool liner
  • Installation of new pool deck
  • Installation of new structural foundation
  • Installation and supply of new pre-engineered building
  • Restoration and modification to existing interior block walls
  • Installation of an upgraded electrical service including new distribution equipment, lighting system and general electrical fixtures
  • Installation of new HVAC mechanical systems
  • Installation of new plumbing mechanical systems
  • Reconnection of existing pool mechanical systems

.2       The Site of the Work of this Contract is located in Rocanville, Saskatchewan.
