The main items of Work of this Contract include the following:

  1. Building foundation, masonry block building, and miscellaneous concrete.
  2. Heating and ventilation (HVAC).
  3. Standby Generator.
  4. Electrical, instrumentation, and controls.  
  5. Precast concrete sewage wet well.
  6. Septage Receiving Station package.
  7. Pumping and Comminutor systems.
  8. Exterior and interior piping, and connections.
  9. Miscellaneous sitework, gravel access road, and yard piping.

The site of Work of this Contract is located in the Town of Vegreville, Alberta
