.1         The main items of Work of this Contract include the following: 

  1. Construction of 5 Irrigation Turnout Structures.
  2. Construction of 3 Drain Inlets including excavation. 
  3. Construction of 2 Tile Drain Inlets.
  4. Removal and Replacement of the Township Rd 9-4 Crossing.
  5. Removal and Replacement of the Township Rd 10-0 Crossing.
  6. Canal Enlargement for 1,026 lineal meters. 
  7. Construction of the Taber Main Canal Crossing at Station 0+439. 
  8. Removal and Replacement of the Drop Structure at Station 1+115.
  9. Construction of the Check Drop Structure at Station 3+665.
  10. All other work as called for on the drawings and/or described in the specifications.

.2         The Site of the Work of this Contract is located east of Taber, Alberta, along existing St. Mary River Irrigation District Canals, Reservoirs, and Drains.
