The Darwell Lagoon Commission (DLC) wishes to obtain proposals from qualified Proponents for the construction of a new lift station for a wastewater transmission line along the north and south sides of Lake Isle. 

The intent of this Request For Qualification (RFQ) is to seek qualified submissions from Proponents with proven experience in the construction of similar sized wastewater transmission lines.

Through this Request for Qualifications, the DLC seeks to ensure that companies that bid on this Contract have the experience, skill, ability, resources, bonding, integrity, and safety requirements needed to complete the specific work of this project.
