The main items of Work of this Contract include the following: 

1. Schedule ‘A’ Underground Site Services – Stormwater collection system, sanitary servicing (incl. sanitary holding tank), water servicing c/w site hydrant and electrical conduit.
2. Schedule ‘B’ Surface Work – Topsoil stripping & stockpiling, imported clay fill, parking lot structure, ditch regrading and crawl space restoration.
3. Schedule ‘C’ Concrete – Sidewalks and barrier-free access ramp.
4. Schedule ‘D’ Landscaping – Limestone, topsoil placement and seeding.
5. Schedule ‘E’ Site Accessories – Bollards and wheel stops
6. Schedule ‘F’ Fencing – Chain link fencing c/w vehicle and man gate.
7. Schedule ‘G’ Piling – Supply and installation of piling to meet project design requirements.
8. Schedule ‘H’ Site Electrical – Underground electrical site services including trenching, conduit, and/or cable installation. Installation of parking pedestals, light standards, and ground grid. Rough-in for RCMP Signage, site feature, sanitary holding tank, future lift station/grinder pump, future gate operators, and future EV charger. Stub up conduit and leave sufficient cable length for building connections by other. Coordinate with utility service providers. Commission and test.
9. Schedule ‘I’ Voice/Data – Installation of conduit and cable from data racks to point of termination including excess cable at each end and utilizing cable tray for routing where possible. Terminate cables at both ends (wall jacks and data rack). Commission and test.
10. Schedule ‘J’ Signage – Installation of signage which will be provided by others.

The Site of the Work of this Contract is located approximately 1km southwest of Cluny, Alberta and approximately 750m west of Highway 842 on Highway 901A/Township Rd 220.
